A campaign to fund the heart and soul of NSCC’s transformational Sydney Waterfront Campus
Transform, Together is the campaign bringing the new Sydney Waterfront Campus to life. The excitement for the transformational change it’ll bring to the community continues to overflow as the campus’ open date grows closer and closer. Sydney Waterfront Campus will inspire innovation and provide a new space for student learning and community engagement to thrive. It’ll be home to all five academic schools, offer new programming, and be equipped with new technologies for advanced learning and applied research.
Together, with help from you, our donors, supporters, partners and community, a legacy will be built on Unama’ki Cape Breton.
A message from the Principal of NSCC Marconi Campus
As we move into the last year of construction of the new NSCC Sydney Waterfront Campus, I am proud to say that we are meeting our construction targets and look forward to welcoming students in September 2024. This project has been great for the community, with close to 200 construction workers on site each day, and significant economic spin-offs.
The new Campus is not only transforming our downtown community but is transitioning the former Marconi Campus into a new modern college. This is a generational opportunity for NSCC and for the entire Unama’ki Cape Breton community. We look forward to welcoming you in 2024.
