On the horizon
In 2024, NSCC Foundation and Alumni Relations completed our new strategic plan, "Community. Connection. Commitment." and we’re ready to bring it to life. The plan recognizes the everchanging world we live in, where we seek to adapt to the needs of our community. We will create a stronger Nova Scotia through our four strategic priorities which will serve as guiding posts for how we approach our work.
These include:
Human rights, equity, inclusion, accessibility and anti-racism (HREIAA), to create a learning environment based on equity and belonging;
Evolving social landscape, to listen, adapt, and respond to the needs of our communities;
Sustainable impact, to create sustainable solutions for the greatest impact;
Student and alumni centred, to keep students and alumni at the core of what we do and contribute to lifelong opportunities that create value in their personal and professional lives.
