A message of gratitude
This past year was one of momentum, purpose and connection. At NSCC, education is a powerful driver of opportunity, and together, you helped remove barriers, unlock potential and respond to workforce and community needs across the province.
As NSCC evolves to meet emerging challenges and opportunities, local relationships, regional priorities and community voices continue to guide our work. We are committed to aligning our work with the College’s strategic priorities while continuing to bring support where our students, industry partners and communities need us most.
Advancing student access and success
At the heart of our work is a commitment to students. This year, $9.3 million was granted and $6.1 million was donated towards learner-focused supports and initiatives. You helped thousands of learners access awards, bursaries and other financial aid, which reduced students’ financial stress and allowed them to focus on their studies and career goals.
By supporting students at critical moments, you help ensure talent and determination shape student outcomes, rather than financial circumstances.
Supporting program excellence and innovation
Our donors and industry partners play a vital role in enhancing NSCC’s academic programs and learning environments. Donor investments supported new and upgraded equipment, applied research, experiential learning and innovative teaching aligned to industry needs.
Impacting communities and the workforce
By investing in education, you are helping build a more inclusive, resilient and skilled Nova Scotia, one graduate, one program and one community at a time.
Through donor-funded projects, your support advanced community-based learning, workforce development initiatives and programs that respond to regional labour market priorities.
Gratitude to our supporters
None of this work is possible without the generosity of our donors and the dedication of NSCC alumni, employees, volunteers and partners.
Thank you for being a part of our community. We’re incredibly grateful for your trust in us, and we are excited to share the impact of your support in our 2025-26 Annual Report on Giving and Impact.
