Don understood that access to education changes lives and that philanthropy is a vital catalyst in removing barriers and expanding opportunity for learners across Nova Scotia. His commitment to students and communities has left a lasting impact on the College and the province.
Through his work with the NSCC Foundation, Don’s leadership strengthened the connection between donors and impact. He helped align generosity with real student need, ensuring support was both meaningful and responsive.
In recognition of his extraordinary contributions, The Don Bureaux Legacy of Impact Endowment has been established by the NSCC Foundation Board of Directors. Through this fund, Don’s legacy of leadership and care will continue supporting students and advancing opportunity for generations to come.
